Hello again! If anyone is still reading this I'm sorry I've been absent so long. I've been sick and just really really busy with school. I've decided to write about my latest obsessions because, well what is your own personal blog for?
So now, to BK-99. I've realized that I was very late getting on this band wagon since in this last week alone I have recognized at least three 99 references from my people at my school. So now to the good part.
Warning contains spoilers up until season 4.
The characters:
1. Jake Peralta
Ah Jake, I gotta say, I love him. He's a goof and yet he's brilliant. He solves things in the most bizarre ways but he almost always gets the answer. I love his catch phrases too.
And I mean, Jake and Amy, come on!!!!!! They are so cute, I love how Jake is still a goof around Amy but he also can be so kind and caring and serious. I mean their first "I love you", come onnnnn!
2. Rosa Diaz
I wasn't sure about Rosa at first. She's a little heartless, a little dark, and a little psychotic but I like her. A lot. She can always be counted on to work with her teammates and bolster them up. She can also be funny, and she loves playing pranks. I have mixed feeling on her relationship with Adrian Pimento, their relationship may not be goals but it is hilarious.
3. Terry Jeffords
I like Terry. I really like how he refers to himself as "Terry". I cant say I gush over him but I like him.
4. Gina Linetti
Ah, Gina. The wise, funny, quirky, always-ends-up-doing-the-right-thing Gina Linetti. She is cynical and very funny, and the most unembarrassed person. I also love the whole plot line of her mother and Charles' father getting married, and all the extremely terrible jokes that come with it.
5. Charles Boyle
Charles Boyle. Loyal, awkward and eager. I like him extremely. And him and Jake's friendship is amazing, I love it to bits. The loyalty and the kindness. His romantic relationships are also so bizarre they are extremely funny.
6. Amy Santiago

Oh Amy, I love her. She is such a neat freak, and an organization freak, which makes you wonder why she ever got together with Jake. But as I said before I love her and Jake SO MUCH!!!!!
7. Raymond Holt
I like Captain Holt, and I like his and Jake's relationship, but he isn't my favourite character. I haven't got much more to say about him.
So overall, this show is light, with just the right amount of heart. It's very funny, every season has a terrible cliffhanger at the end but they all get resolved sooner or later.
